This website has no forms, requires no registration and does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

We only process the data you choose to send us when you email us: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

We use this data only to reply to your message and continue any conversation you start (press, collaborations, questions about our games). The legal basis is your consent when you write to us and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive.

4. How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as the conversation lasts and then for the time needed to deal with any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run this website we use these providers:

OVHcloud (France), which provides our email service.
GitHub, Inc. (United States), which hosts the website through GitHub Pages. Like any server, it may log technical visit data such as IP addresses for security reasons. GitHub participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@pilagames.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
